An Introduction to
the Work of Byron Katie
presented by
Paul Machlis, Certified Facilitator of The Work

This workshop will introduce you to a simple yet powerful process of
identifying and questioning the beliefs that cause suffering in your
life. The Work is a form of active meditation that can be done on your
own, or with a partner/facilitator. People who practice The Work experience
greater clarity, peace, and gratitude and find that they are able to
be more loving, focused, and compassionate in all their relationships.
